These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of InstaCharged.com, which is owned and operated by FFR PRODUCTS 1110 LLC, doing business as InstaCharged ("InstaCharged," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services
InstaCharged lets you top up prepaid mobile phones, pay mobile bills and purchase gift cards for supported carriers and brands. Carrier and brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the services offered; InstaCharged is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order, and you must use the service for lawful, personal purposes.

Orders and accuracy
You are responsible for entering correct information, including the phone number, carrier, plan and amount. You are solely responsible for errors you make, such as:

• Submitting a payment to the wrong phone number or carrier.
• Submitting the wrong amount or the same payment more than once.
• Changing your mind after a payment has been submitted.

Once a top-up or bill payment has been delivered to the carrier it generally cannot be reversed. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pricing, fees and payment
Prices and any applicable service or processing fees are shown before you complete checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors who are not under our control. By submitting payment you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown.

Recurring (auto-refill) orders
If you choose a recurring refill, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the same carrier, plan and amount on each renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us before the next renewal date.

Fraud prevention
We may verify, delay, limit or cancel any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unauthorized or in violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaCharged disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for carrier outages or delays.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaCharged will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
